Some of the best shit I've heard in a while.

So those of you that know me, know that I blow my load consistently over Witchcraft. Well this is Norrsken, the band that Magnus played in before Witchcraft and goddamn is it full of win. The first two tracks are pretty reminiscent of Flower Travelling Band, whom I also spew my load over. Download nao.

Norrsken - Discography
Contains their Hokus Pokus 7", Armageddon single and two covers from compilations, one being Trouble and the other Blue Cheer.

We All Inherit The Moon.

Here's just a pretty chill post-rock band that added me the other day. All of these tracks are available on their myspace for download, so I just took the liberty of putting them in a rar file to help spread the word. I haven't listened to it much, but I liked what I had heard. Either way worth a listen.
We All Inherit The Moon - S/T 5 Song Mini LP

They have some pretty cool shirts if you check the myspace. Search it yourself, I'm lazy.

Live from the riff-filled land.

Two live albums here. If you're unfamiliar with Sleep, kill yourself. The best Sabbath never wrote. Then we've got Om, who were formed from Sleep's rhythm section after they disbanded.

Sleep - Live From Gilman St.
If you don't see the irony here, educate yourself.

Om - Live At Jerusalem
Rise aviator, sun will follow.

Requests.

Phobia - Grind Your Fucking Head In
I'm not the biggest Phobia fan, they're pretty standard grind, not bad by any means.

World Burns to Death - Totalitarian Sodomy
Crust/D-beat. I guess some guy's from Severed Head Of State, so that's pretty cool.

Horna - Haudankylmyyden Mailla
Rapidgay, sorry. I've no idea what genre this is either.

For glory comrades.

Communism is the theme of this album, and the title is a mouthful. I'm not a huge fan of post-punk, in fact Killdozer and Joy Division are pretty much it for me. I always described this album as a sort of Cathedral meets The Pixies vibe. The vocals are this really strange growly rasp, I dunno, kind of reminiscient of Lee Dorrian at times. Entertaining album through and through.
Killdozer - Uncompromising War On Art Under The Dictatorship Of The Proletariat
